Velo — the Company Brain for Multifamily Property Management
Complete product in development — shipping July 27, 2026. This demo is a live slice of the brain.
Velo is a company brain for multifamily operations: every fund, property, lease, resident, and dollar lives in one knowledge graph. Ask a question in plain English and let your specialized team of agents do the work — they investigate the graph and light up the exact nodes your answer came from.
ASK COMPLEX QUESTIONS · KILL MANUAL REPORTING · OWN YOUR DATA
Veloura Residential — a fictional portfolio we generated end-to-end · 2 funds · 7 properties · 3 markets
Built by someone who lived the problem.
After graduating in Data Science & Mathematics, I spent a year as a Data Engineer inside a multifamily operator — 5,000+ units across 19 properties in Texas and Florida. My job was building automations outside the ERP, because real intelligence couldn't live inside it.
Embedded with the whole operation, I developed automations and reporting solutions for every team — and watched manual reporting consume most of the back office's day. The data was all there; the knowledge wasn't.
Velo is my answer: a company brain built to compete with legacy ERPs, bring real knowledge to everyone in the company, and erase the reporting hours. I'm finishing development to apply for the YC Spring Batch — this demo is my YC Startup School 2026 application.
How it works
Ask the team. Watch the brain work.
You ask
Plain-English questions about occupancy, rents, the leasing funnel, screening, or delinquency.
A specialist takes over
Velo routes your question to the right agent — Iris for operations, Atlas for the portfolio — and they plan the investigation.
Evidence lights up
Your agent runs guarded, read-only queries; the matched nodes glow inside the brain, so you see exactly where the answer lives.
Answers, grounded
Your specialist reports back in plain English — strictly from the evidence. No figure is ever invented.
